Customer Success Manager

Location: Berlin

The Role:

  • Focussed on building and maintaining relationships with customers

  • Regular contact with customers ensuring everything is running smoothly with the products.

  • You will be expected Increase renewal rates and decrease churn through early renewals, upselling and sustaining a satisfied customer base

  • Expand their revenue within accounts by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities outside of the renewal engagement period

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will be an ideal candidate if you are degree educated

  • You can speak fluently in German and English

  • You will be a confident and friendly team player

  • You will have 2+ years experience in a customer facing role in either Inside Sales or Customer Success
