Regional Sales Manager | Zurich

​The Role:

  • Player/manager role covering German speaking Switzerland

  • Initially leading a team of 4 sales executives with the headcount likely to grow to 6 in 2020

  • motivating the sales team and leading them to hit targets

  • Set processes and ensuring they are followed

  • Winning new customers within retail, logistics, hospitality and events industries

  • Responsible for generating leads and driving revenue within the business

  • Travel to meet new customers.

  • Once the client has signed up to the platform the account is passed to the Customer Success team to manage.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong network in the retail, logistics, hospitality and events industries

  • Fluent German AND English skills are essential

  • Experience leading a sales team to hitting targets

  • New business ability to generate leads and close sales in B2B environment

  • Willingness to learn and develop in sales and technology.

What You’ll Get:

  • 75,000-85,000 CHF & 32,000-36,000 CHF bonus based on targets
